The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division’s first webinar of its Lunchtime Technology Webinar Series, “Social Media Marketing 101: How to Use Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to Promote Your Practice and Connect with The Florida Bar” is set for Thursday, October 23, 2014, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Ethan Wall of Social Media Law & Order will explain (1) how to use Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn; (2) how these popular social media tools can be used in your practice, and (3) how to use these platforms to stay connected with The Florida Bar. The webinar is free and open to all Florida law students and members of The Florida Bar.
The Florida Bar YLD is soliciting volunteers to help with ongoing and future disaster relief efforts, pursuant to the Florida Plan. Under the Florida Plan, volunteers provide basic legal services for low-income individuals in non-fee generating cases. This is a special opportunity to help the citizens of Florida who are affected by disasters.
The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and the Texas Young Lawyers Association sought advice from in-house counsel across various industries in Texas and Florida in order to provide our young lawyers with practical advice to improve and enhance client service.
