It will be an honor to serve you this upcoming year as President Elect of the Young Lawyers Division (YLD).  The YLD will continue to accomplish great things in the months and years ahead with the help of its energized Board of Governors and the Division’s vast and diverse membership.  Whether it be improving on the positive advancements reached last year to our Basic Skills Continuing Legal Education seminars or to the continued development of mentoring opportunities and programs for young lawyers, you can rest assured that we are fully committed to serving you.  As we all face the challenges presented by a difficult market for young lawyers, we pledge to work hard to provide meaningful tools to assist young lawyers in their career development while ever focusing on our great responsibility to cultivate civility and professionalism at all times.
